That’s where our Corporate Leadership Development Program (LDP) comes in.

LDP is designed to help you transition from the academic world to an exciting business environment with smooth sailing. Three years of rotational assignments, formal coursework and leadership training will prepare you to transition into a senior level Analyst, Staff or Supervisor role across the business in a variety of functions. You’ll gain the knowledge, versatility and leadership skills to excel in many areas throughout our organization.

Are You Right for the Job?

We are seeking graduates with less than three years of experience, as well as those with 3-5 years of experience. A GPA of at least 3.0 is a must, as are strong analytical, project management and leadership skills.

Where Will You Go?

You may rotate between Virginia Beach, VA, Tampa, FL, and possible other locations, gaining experience in areas such as Claims, Call Center Operations, Healthcare Management Services, Healthcare Delivery Systems, Finance, Legal & Risk Management, Human Resources, Communications, Information Technology, Marketing & Business Development, and Process Improvement Projects.

How Will You Get There?

Through mentoring and exposure to role models in top management, you’ll be challenged with robust, high-visibility assignments. You’ll develop business process expertise and receive candid performance feedback. And you’ll be working toward the noble goal of helping American families stay healthy.
