New Mexico

AMERIGROUP Community Care New Mexico, Inc. is working with the State of New Mexico to begin serving consumers through the Coordinated Long Term Services program (CoLTS), a new Medicaid managed care program. CoLTS will integrate medical services with home and community-based services for those Medicaid recipients living in nursing facilities, participating in the Disabled and Elderly Waiver program, participating in the Personal Care Option program, or who are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid.  In January 2008, the health plan began offering a Medicare Advantage plan for those eligible for Medicare only and a Medicare Advantage plan for those eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid.
