AMERIGROUP Community Care is now participating in the State of New Mexico's Coordination of Long Term Services (CoLTS) program in Benalillo, Los Alamos, Sandoval, Santa Fe, Torrance, and Valencia counties.

State Agency Partners

Human Services Department - For all assistance programs including energy assistance and temporary cash assistance
Medical Assistance Division - For all Medicaid programs that provide medically necessary services to eligible individuals
Aging and Long-Term Services Department - For long term care resources such as adult protective services and consumer & elder rights

In January 2008, the health plan began offering a Medicare Advantage plan for those eligible for Medicare only and a Medicare Advantage plan for those eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid.
